Extracranial hemangiolymphangioma

Abstract
Introduction: Vascular anomalies are infrequent pathologies with a diffused pattern, they produce aesthetic and functional problems that represent a challenge for surgeons. Clinical case: 3-months-old male that shows a right orbitofrontotemporal extracranial lesion that affects ocular movements and eyelid opening. Conclusions: The primary objective in the treatment of giant lesions is the reduction and excision of the lesion in the aim of preserving the function of the affected organs.
