Abstract

Chest pain without electrocardiographic and angiographic alterations represents in some opportunities a challenge for the clinician. Cervical agin is a very small entity known pain whose cervical origin can mimic a coronary syndrome. Commitment of the cervical roots mainly the C5 to C6 apparently would be the origin of this pathology. We present some aspects of this unusual underdiagnosed entity.
