Abstract
The Pituicytomas are rare tumors of the sellar and suprasellar region originated of the neurohypophysis and are usually confused
with other tumors when sharing imagining features. It is reported a case of a 36 years old woman with pituicytoma in the sellar region that was diagnosed as a pituitary adenoma due to the presurgical clinical and imaging findings and, it is revised the literature.
